3.2 Product Availability & Service Regions

We ship to a global network of hockey enthusiasts across North America, Europe, and most of Asia. Some remote regions may be excluded. Product availability is subject to change and stock levels.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we send a shipment confirmation email.

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where indicated but exclude shipping costs and any potential customs/duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4.3 Shipping

By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control. Tracking is provided for all orders.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our detailed Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• 15-Day Window: Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: Contact [email protected] to initiate a return/exchange.
• Final Sale Items: Facemasks, goalie cages, goalie masks, personalized gear, opened hygiene-sensitive products, and clearance items are final sale unless defective.
• Exchange-Only Items: Elbow pads, gloves, goalie blockers/catchers/chest protectors may only be exchanged for size/style, not refunded.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design, is the property of Hockey Equipage Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hockey Equipage Store shall not be liable for:

• Minor delays in delivery outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
